We have had thousands of request to bring back our pet products line. We are pleased to announce that we will adding new products frequently.
Engelond's customers are important to us; shipping in a timely fashion is a high priority with us. We try to ship everything within 48 hours of receiving your order. Custom made items please allow 72 hours.
On occasion, especially during the holiday season orders can get backed up.We do ship a first come first serve basis. Always look at the UPS schedule for shipping around the holidays and plan accordingly.
For your convienence TRACKING NUMBERS will be emailed as soon as we have shipped. If you don't get one within four days of placing your order, send us an email to (customercare@engelond.com).
RETURN POLICY:
To return an item you must email us the reason for the return and we will send you a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number). If an item is returned broken, damaged or not in recallable condition, then a 20% damaged item fee will be assessed.
If an item is returned past 30 day then a 20% restocking fee will also be assessed.
The shipping cost is never refunded on a returned item and is not included in the restocking or damage item fee

On occasion, your order may contain a product where (due to high demand) all inventories have been depleted. In this event, all other products ordered will be shipped immediately except for the depleted items. This portion of your order will be shipped immediately as new stock is made or directly from the manufacturer whichever the case maybe and you will receive an email informing you of the expected ship date.
We also offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico. There is a shipping charge added to these orders. If shipping charges are not automatically added to your order, we will notify you via Email of the shipping charge to be added before we process your order. You will then need to approve and pay the additional shipping charge before we process your order.
UPS Oversized Freight Policy:
Shipping & handling charges are based on the shipping weight and destination of the products ordered. Some items require additional shipping & handling charges and are excluded from the free freight policy. “UPS Oversize” rates are determined by package size. If a package is 84” to 108” in length and girth combined, UPS charges an “Oversized” package rate of 30 lbs (even if it weighs significantly less than 30 lbs); If a package is 109” to 165” in length and girth combined, UPS charges an “Oversized” package rate of 70 lbs.
